Refund, Return and Exchange Policy  
Stuff happens. We get it. And we want to make it right. 

But returns suck, so we came up with a better idea.

See, every return has a carbon footprint. And that runs counter to our emphasis on sustainability.

So instead, just give us a shout. We'll ask you to snap a picture of the issue and tell us what went wrong. Then we'll send out a new item or (if it's really serious) we'll give your money back in full.

After that, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

That's it. Really.

Eligibility  
To start a refund or exchange, you can contact us at info@mtchlck.com.

We have a 30-day refund/exchange policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

All we ask for is a picture of the product in question and a brief description of what went wrong.

Exchanges  
You shopped with us for a reason, and we'd love to keep you as a customer, so let's find you something that works. Just like we said above, you can donate or recycle the product that isn't working, and we'll still send you something that does.

Refunds
We will respond to your request as soon as possible and work out the details with you.

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@mtchlck.com.

Returns
See above - we don't do 'em. One of the above options should satisfy you. If not, let us know. We'll work with you to sort it out.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions  
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
